Compensation and Perks
- Hourly Pay: $51.50 – $81.52 (based on experience and education)
- Bonuses: $10,000 Sign-On $15,000 Retention (over 3 years)
- Relocation: Up to $7,000 reimbursed (varies by distance)
- Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week) with additional OT available
- Differentials: 15% night 6% weekend
- Benefits: Up to 5+ weeks PTO in year one, medical/vision/dental, 4% retirement matching
You Bring
- California RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- 2-3+ years of recent LDRP, Mother-Baby, or NICU experience
- Active BLS and ACLS (required upon hire)
- PALS and NRP within 3 months of hire
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification (preferred)
- U.S. work authorization (no visa work sponsorship available)
