Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse (ER Nurse) to join our dedicated team. The ER Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, dynamic emergency department setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering optimal care in emergency situations.
As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing nursing care to patients in emergency and critical situations. You will work collaboratively with physicians, other nursing staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive, compassionate care to our diverse patient population. Minimum Qualifications:
- Fully authorized to work in the U.S. (VISA sponsorship NOT available)
- Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program with ADN, BSN, or MSN
- Maintain current CEU’s as required by state licensure
- Active Nursing License in state where services are rendered
- Possession of current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificates upon hire
- Obtain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificate within 6 months of hire
- At least one year of recent emergency, medsurg/telemetry, or critical care experience required

- 8 Bed ED, with plans to double in the next year

Benefits and Incentives:
- Pay Scale: $51.50/hr – $81.52/hr, based on education and years of experience
- 15% Night Shift differential
- 6% weekend differential
- Three 12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week)
- Overtime shifts available
