About the Role

You’ll be a vital part of our Labor, Delivery, Recovery, & Postpartum (LDRP) team, guiding moms and families through labor and delivery with compassion and clinical excellence. Day shift (7a – 7p) and Night shift (7p – 7a) availability. 

What You’ll Do

• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being through labor
• Provide safe, evidence-based care during delivery and recovery
• Educate and support patients on breastfeeding, infant care, and postpartum recovery
• Collaborate closely with OBs, midwives, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure adherence to safety protocols

What You Bring

• California RN License (required)
• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience, or 1 year acute + 1 year L&D
• BLS + ACLS (required)  NRP & PALS within 3 months of hire
• Critical thinking, calm under pressure, and a passion for women’s health
• STABLE certification is a plus
